I’ve never seen such...as a family we are deeply hurt 13July2020 brought us nightmares as a family. my aunt has been with the funeral parlor for 4years her biggest regret! when collecting the corpse for burial we got no casket imagine seeing the dead with no clothes They said they didn't agree on the casket but who pays a funeral parlor for fun? as the papers states the package includes caskets we are in pain it left us broke cos we had to pay another funeral parlor to do their work I/we WON’T recommend Zanokuhle for anyone not in this lifetime we have seen it all from transportation to costumer servers Thanks for Nothing

This funeral parlor is horrible. There's no great customer service. You wait and wait for them and have run after before things get done! I would not recommend them to anyone.
