After long waiting for a response, then having to deal with white male arrogance, contact representatives dealing Brooklyn area, Charl. Narrow minded consultant who has no interest in serving and lack of attention to simple details like contradicting sections in a lease agreement and mandate agreement. No interest in protecting the landlord but on making quick money on administration.

Some nice people working there, but DO NOT rent from these people. Their contracts are very one-sided, you cannot give 2 months notice and get your deposit back. They can give you 2 months to pack your stuff and move out but when you give notice that is called "breach of contract" and you get at least half of your deposit deducted due to "professional services". Gustav is a complete idiot and a thief!

What a bad company Just Sell is. Got into the apartment with so many staff not in order. Just to mention a few-leaking tap, kitchen door not properly closing, shelf falling off when trying to put on some stuff. As if that was enough, very bad attitude from the agent, who tried to bully me, as I was raising my concerns. I will not recommend this company to anyone, no matter how desperate you are!! This is the most disorganized company with rude,unprofessional personnel. I still question their level of education??? DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

Upon move in inspection it was noted that the bath tap was leaking badly. The just sell maintenance team came in but basically did a lick of paint. Since then I have contacted them telephonically and via email to have this fixed. Their continued response is they will contact the owner and nothing further. Useless, useless, useless.

Firstly, the advertisement for the apartment had false information claiming the apartment had 2 parking bays when it only had 1. Nothing was done further to rectify that with the complex. After moving in, the apartment itself had countless plumbing issues from leaking sinks/bathtubs to clogged drains. JustSell maintenance 'fixed' issues with bad workmanship and the problem is constantly reoccurring. Maintenance is all around rude, unprofessional, and unreliable.
