This little restaurant is ideally placed at the old harbour and open until late for those looking for seafood in Kleinmond. Portion sizes are decent and the handcut fries are very well done. Service is sharp and friendly. In terms of the fish, the batter was a touch on the thick side, but the meal was still edible. Diners were impressed with the calamari. The restaurant also has access for wheelchair users, which is a plus.

Awesome. Visited twice 2 days apart. A rustic, rough and ready first impression sets you up for a pleasant surprise when the food arrives. Service friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Prices more than fair. Dress casual. If the wind is up bring something warm (seating is well enclosed outdoors - i.e. ventilated whether you want it or not).
A very nice fish dish and the wait was worth it there are much more then just fish all see life you can just about get there.

Excellent food. Good friendly service. Visited on a busy Sunday afternoon but service was not affected. We were six people at table, all the dishes looked really good. We had a lovely lunch.
Rustic vibe, incredibly well prepared food. Mauritian Hake curry was out of this world! The only reason I give 4 stars.... Ambience. Of inside, no ocean view, no music in the background. Love the rustic benches , and the staff are amazing.
Visited under level 3 adjusted lockdown and really enjoyed our meal. Calamari and chips are also so delicious! Highly recommend if you are in the area.
After a hiatus of two years we ate here again mid March 2021 and found the food still fabulous and the portions still generous!
