WHILE REPAIRING THE VEHICLE STAFF DAMAGED THE CAR. 12 WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. STAFF MADE PROMISES TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY MADE, WHICH REMAINS TO THIS DAY UNFULFILLED. Contained herein is the unfulfilled promise to repair the damage Mohammed Tootla’s team created: “Dear Mr.Lingeraj I would first and foremost like to thank you by entrusting us with the repair work done to your vehicle: Polo 1.6. We sincerely apologize for the damaged caused to your vehicles bonnet while the repairs were being done. We pride ourselves in caring for all our clients vehicles and the incident that occurred was an unforeseen accident. I strongly emphasize that in no way or part were the technicians being neglectful or careless when the accident occoured. The damage happened as follows: The engine was held up by an engine brace while the gearbox was being removed On reassembly the technicians hand slipped while torquing a bolt which resulted in him hitting the bonnet stand out of its position. The bonnet fell directly onto the brace where the hook was protruding thereby denting it from the inside out. We once again deeply apologize and trust that this matter will be resolved promptly.”
