Absolutely disgusted with what I experienced today ! Took my mask off for 10 seconds to fix it , no one was even near me , then get told by employee to "put on your mask" and then they all stand on top of each other laughing , all with their masks on their chins! ...was gonna spend over R3000 there today , and I will be taking my business somewhere else . Pathetic! To say the least ... i will never put a foot in there again

I just bought a generator for R5000. I asked the guy how does it works and the guy told me that there is a manual.Just to opened the box now st home and no booklet or manual in box and I'm sitting with a huge crisis on hand.I phoned their customer services and the guy explained me on phone how it works but when I read it's says do not mix oil with petrol. I ask where is the place to put the oil then he said same place where the petrol comes and I said but the warning sign said do not mix!!!.., the shop is probably close now and I have to sit with waste of meat and hole lot of fridge stuff. I am so so unhappy.
