Waiting more than an hour for my baggage to pop out. Noone to speak to. Noone answers the phone!!!! Pathetic

It’s an “okay” international airport. Despite my fight being delayed with an hour, I could walk through the duty-free shops that’s extremely overpriced, I might say. The hasslers outside the airport at arrivals are very rude and won’t comply when you’re repeating, that you don’t need a taxi or help with your baggage. The airport can definitely become better.

ACSA is your pickup through the parking lot a new money making racket. The planning that has gone into the operation of the drop off and pick up of passengers needs to be reviewed. It seems as if as you are milking the SA Citizens to make up for your own short fall...

The pre-booked long term parking is a scam. I paid just under R600 for a week's parking, emailed them to confirm that the booked parking is in order. Never heard back. Upon exit I was charged an additional R1200 on my card, which I didn't authorize. The instruction is to pre-book and pay and use your card that you paid with in order to open the boom gates as 'the system will pick up your pre-booking'. Once I got home I saw that I got charged an additional R1200 upon exit. Avoid this option at all cost, I am referring to the ACSA parking on the bookings.airport site.

Arrived on an international flight in the wee small hours . Baggage carousels not working, took 20 minutes to get it sorted.. Many seriously unhappy pax. Then no water in domestic departure bathrooms for well over 3 hours.. At peak pax times during the morning.
