At first I was immensely impressed at the speed at which my query was handled, but that is where the service ended. The initial inspection was hasty and inadequate. I queried whether the new system would be large enough, so they sent out the same technician to see again. Once again he took a brief walk through, did no measurements, eye balled it all and promptly just doubled the quote. When I queried this with management, I was told that someone would come for a third time. This never happened. Once again I spoke to management who assured me that the technician had been dealt with and that they would come three days later. Needless to say, I am still waiting.
