Been phoning the Drs rooms for 2weeks requesting a motivational letter for extended theater time that medical aid requires. Also send numerous emails they completely ignore emails and everytime I phone they are busy, or will get to it or will send it, always excuses. Seems they are more than happy to get their money but not willing to assist patients with any information they need. Due to this I would never make use of this Dr again or refer anyone I know to him. Horrific service.

Probably one of the most knowledgable doctors I've ever met. He takes the necessary time for the patient, also to be able to better understand the current problem through the prehistory. I can only recommend Dr Bouckaert.

Make an appointment for quarter to 3 then get there and end up waiting longer than an hout. Whats the point of the appointment then??!
