Used their service recently. After picking up two cars, both arrived with huge cracks in the windshields. The owner is not even willing to help -you just have to cover the expenses by yourself. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Exfremely unprofessional. They do not look after your car. They cracked both my cars windshields, tried to cover it up by not mentioning it and diverting my attention at pick up and they are unwilling to take responsibility in any way. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Dropzone Parking Services are reliable. I've made use of Ian and Jacques' services since 2016, about 6 times. Vehicle drop off and collection on arrival were always on time and professional. Free car cleaning outside is included in the price.

Absolutely terrible experience! Two cars left for 4 days and returned seriously damaged (broken windshields in BOTH). The owner not willing to take any responsibility, still billed me for the “secure parking”. Abhorring!
