WE DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY BY SELLING THERE GEYSERS, ITS BEEN 1 MONTH SINCE WE LODGED A CLAIM WITH REGARDS TO FAULTY GEYSERS NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY, THE LADY IN CHARGE OF CLAIMS ANDREA DOES NOT EVE BOTHER TO REPLY TO EMAILS THEY HAVE ADMITTED THAT THESE WERE PART OF A BATCH THAT HAD A FACTORY FAULT, BUT JUST REFUSE TO REPLACE THEM, OR EVEN MAKE CONTACT PURCHASE THIS BRAND AT YOUR OWN PERIL
