Amateurs - very very limited internal competence. Use only for the basics.. I need wheel hub motors. It took 4 days, then 2 weeks to get response from your guys via Scotland, and the response was lazy and incorrect. I was told my part number didn’t exist, that I was wrong.. I actually read the data sheets, and since your guys took so long, had requested a quote via my associate in Australia.. Which I got in 4 days.. So I forwarded my “incorrect part number” on a Rexroth Australian distributer quote to your guys.. They accepted I wasn’t actually wrong, and got me a quote.. For R630k, when the Australian quote was for R180k.. Very surprised, I called, left my number with someone for a call back.... Nothing!! I’m buying motors from China now. 1 month turn around and 30% of the price!! I want to support local, but can’t handle arrogant amateurs..
