My order was the retro Mopii keyboard. I ordered the red one. A lady phoned me to inform me that the one that they have in stock is faulty and would I like one of the other colours. So here is why it made me so happy. 1. They emailed me and phoned me in order to get hold of me. They did not just leave it to the one email and hoped that I will get back to them. This tells me they are serious in providing good service. So many places just leave it to the one email. So they really do the extra. 2. They test the product before they ship it to you. So you don't have to worry in getting a faulty product and then go through the mission of having it exchanged. It takes that stress and anxiety off you and you know when you get it, it will work. Another tick to the added service which so many other places do not provide. 3. The retro keyboard is awesome. I used to have the Astrum KW300 which sadly have been discontinued. So when me being a peanut spilled my coffee over the keyboard you can just imagine how I felt. I was a bit panicky as I was not sure about the quality of the Mopii. Let me tell you, if you are sensitive to the noise of a clicking keyboard, I would recommend this keyboard. It still makes the click but not nearly as loud as the other touch feedback keyboards that you get. I cannot give feedback on the mouse as I use the silent mouse from Logitech. But will definitely recommend the keyboard and most definitely recommend IMIX for their great service. :)
