Service not good. To little staff to attend to customers. They should have known it will be busy due to it being month end. Drive through was very busy so I decided to go inside. Waiting period after ordering more than 35 minutes. Drive through received first priority. Should have stayed in the lane.

Worst KFC I've ever had. The crisp was burnt and the chicken uncooked. Would rather drive a extra 10km to KFC Kempton CBD.

Poor service, they got the order wrong. After I had requested twice for the types of pieces of chicken. Chips were old, I chipped my tooth on the chicken. Was not fresh but rock hard. Disappointed and wasted my money

Quality of food is good, staff is kind, it's just that for some weird reason every time we order something is missing from our meal, and when we do notice, not all the time we have to turn back and get it sorted, other than that not bad

Ideal for a quick stop and snack collection at drive thru. Month ends it's hectic and drive thru queue is long. Had some few disappointing orders where the chicken wasn't fresh or recently fried. Tested like a day old.
