STAY AWAY FROM KIA AIRPORT, unless you are looking for the worst service in South Africa combined with the most useless sales people. I bought my new car from them 2 weeks ago... This is how it played out... Went to sing and pickup the car, it took 2 hours. After checked the car it was not cleaned properly and no polish was done after i confirmed that they will polish out the small scratches and send the car for a valet, now i have to take time out of my busy schedule to take the car in, pay for it and then only get a refund. My initial sales person was Quinton who kept on giving me excuses of why i cannot pick up the car. After sending them a message stating that i was going to another dealership to buy my car they phoned me and told me everything was ready... just to sit there and find out that nothing has been done. Paul then took over, he didn't know anything about the car, he did not advise me on any defects etc. and only later i saw that the one mud flap was broken, i sent 3 emails without receiving a response and finally said i am taking the car back, after this he acknowledged that he knew about the broken mud flap and will get quotations to get it fixed, nothing received as of yet. To put the cherry on top of the cake the car has no booklet and the registration has expired. I have no details or paperwork on the warranty or service history and no info on my service plan!!! After fighting with them for some time, telling me each time that i will have it tomorrow... Two weeks later i get my disk only, no booklet, no warranty, no service plan. If i knew then what i know now i would have never bought anything from them! Worst service ever! Do yourself a favour and buy from another Kia
