They have all the time in the world for you before the deal is sealed. Customer service is basically non-existant as soon as you sign your contract. I'm busy learning about my car as I drive because nobody bothered to take me through the specs in detail prior to me buying and afterwards.

I prefer the place because of it's not far from my house. I have been using it since 2005 when I bought the Fiesta. But, I always have a problem with the place because it doesn't matter what time I bring the car, I'm always amongst if not the last person to pick it up regardless of how much work needs to be done on the car. I'm always the 1st and very rarely the second in the morning to drop off around 06h20 to 06h30 but this never makes a difference. I may never understand the reasons for that.
