I placed an order at 19:45, according to the app the food was ready by 20:17. By 21:00 the food had not arrived yet so i used the help on the app to check what going on. I received an email by a person named robyn who said they would investigate and get back to me. By 21:30, not receiving any feedback yet, i phoned mr d and cancelled my order and at the same time came to find out that the restaurant closed at 21:00. So now i had to go out to look for something for supper. Everything close by is closed or too busy to help as they were closing soon. Now its 22:05 and i have to start cooking. This was such a horrible experience with such lack of communication that i dont think ill ever use mr delivery again!

Putting the customer First Absolutely amazing experience . The driver had collected my order that i placed using the app on my cell . The drivers car broke down and could not complete the delivery -- the driver Samantha did call me to tell me her car had broken down . i called Mr delivery on her behalf --- they answered my call almost immediately . I was called within a few min to ask if i had received my delivery from another number and i acknowledged that i hadn't - this was almost an hour and twenty after the order was place . Amazingly on the App i got a notification stating (Order Cancelled ) this means that Mr Delivery had pre Paid for my order and because of circumstance beyond control they cancelled the order and did not charge me at all . The app then gives you an option to call Mr Delivery and i did - they answered immediately and said i'm welcome to place another order -- this i did .
