I couldn't understand why they cannot take away dirty dishes from the table, that were inviting flies, while we are still enjoying our drinks.... the alleged supervisor said its their rule. We eventually moved to a clean table.

The place has friendly staff. Food is great, and the place is clean. Their bathroom is clean, paper towels present, and air dryer working. However, food can take up to 30 minutes after having paid for the order on busy days like Friday. I felt a bit embarrassed when the gentleman next to our table waited close to 45 minutes to get his order, with staff keep assuring him the food is coming - it was a long, long wait for him. I was not impressed by the floors today (25/05/2018 around 19:00). The floor was slippery with what appear to be grease (or fat), and I tripped and nearly fell on the floor. Overall experience was great. Yes I will return to this restaurant, and definitely can refer to friends family

Service was utterly disappointing, staff has no ambition, drive pride of there representative brand! Client service is shocking willingness to assist or "try" go the extra mile for there clients, as mentioned above!! Our entire office will not be supporting the branch again!

Everything I bought is dry, I asked for any extra source there is none. I asked the gentleman if there is an extra he said yes. Extremely unhappy with this Nandos. Spinach is dry! I regret going there....

Quick and Easy. I ordered online and went to collect. Smooth process. Social distancing and sanitizing and temperature recording monitored by a dedicated staff member. I felt comfortable to collect my food.
