I feel the need to share this because rarely do you find small businesses like this one that go the extra mile. Around 6 weeks ago we were under pressure, due to the lockdown, in our warehouse to get out a major delivery and our one and only electric forklift went dead on us! Huge problem for us. My partner and I were desperate for help and called the Orizen team in a panic in the late afternoon. We needed to get deliveries out by Wednesday morning the next day. These guys were fantastic, calming us down and then managed to get us a new replacement battery at our premises in the early evening a few hours later! Fantastic service and I'm proud to say we are a customer!!!
