If I could rate it at a 0 I would. The pamphlet that has the directions on how to get to the parking area is unclear. I almost missed my flight because I spent so much time trying to find this area. And then when I decided to call the number on the pamphlet to try and get help locating the parking the lady on the line seemed to not know what was going on; she said the parking was in the airport. The parking is not in the airport!! As a result of the clueless worker and unclear map instructions, I had to end up parking in the actual airport and my parking ticket is now over R1000. Truly upset and disappointed
