What an awesome place. I've visited them while the market was there and I was extremely impressed with the neatly, spacious environment. They take the social distancing and sanitizing very serious.

The Red Roman Shed is the venue of The Urban Shed arts and craft market which is held on the last Sunday of every month. Possibly the best venue for an arts and craft market in Johannesburg with an indoor craft market and an outdoor food and beverage market. Really worth the drive out to the Emperors Palace, near the airport for a relaxed fun filled day of flea markets at its best.

The food used to be much better. Due to COVID-19 I can understand the preparation of dishes but cols food is a definite negative. Hopefully when things return to normal this will improve agaun

Like the people limit and store liked operation. No one trying to convince you to to buy their products. You can walk through at your own leisure and pick what you want at peace. Awesome market experience

Love the crafters markets there. Well spaced aisles. Always find good quality crafts and hand made items. Glad that there isn't an abundance of imported, cheap, plastic items.

I went to the set up at the Crafter's Fair. They are really taking Covid seriously. Sanitising the walkways, wider aisles and screening at the door. Definitely a different but safer shopping experience, not what you'll find at your local shopping centre.
