Absolutely waste of time. 2 hours still waiting No good for business

Now 10 days since I placed my order to upgrade to the unlimited home premium plan. According to the national call centre my address needed to be verified which was done 5days ago. I now have to drive back to the shop to follow-up on this order in this day and age and wait in line outside the shop for approximately 2hours before I will be serviced as absolutely nothing is happening and the shop cant be contacted telephonically to probably protect them against being overwhelmed by calls relating to their poor service. In the meantime Ive got no internet. What will it take to wakeup a company like telkom?

Placed an order a month ago no feedback no update. The call centre says they can not assist as I need to contact the store however I can not even get through to the number on the website to contact the store. Absolutely pathetic service.

Excellent service. Went yesterday. Was taken from queue and assisted almost immediately. Friendly gentleman asked my age,77, took me to the front and 2 seconds later I was in. Everybody was friendly and professional.
