The staff are unfriendly, and unhelpful. We paid for a balloon to be filled with helium, and it didn't float. The manager then filled up another balloon, and taped to the top to make it float, then had the cheek to charge us extra for another balloon that we never asked for or wanted. The manager then argued with us, trying to make us pay for it, and then gave us a complete refund in cash, and told us to get out, then refused to help us further
