Very disappointed in the service offered by this monopoly in Kenton. For the second time I’ve been left waiting for more than 2.5 hours after rushing home after being called to say they are on route to attend to my job card. I’ve been to the control room twice in the last 2 weeks. On the first visit I found the 2 people on duty on their cell phones rather than watching cameras and on the second visits one was fast asleep at her desk while other was on his phone......
