The food is not bad, and reasonably priced. I love the ambiance and that we could eat breakfast then go down stairs for a massage. Service was also good in both restaurant and the spa. I personally think that the chef/kitchen staff can improve their menu for better. Perhaps start with offering traditional Egg Benedict and give patrons a choice between that and your Hashbrown option. Note: English muffin isn't used in their Egg Benedict, Hashbrown is used instead.

WTF, 2h for no food. And the table next to us said the food came out cold after they waited 2h that same lady come in pregnant and looks like she’s ready to pop she’s waited so long, we ordered cake to feed ourselves but seriously I just want some food not cake. Maybe build a bigger kitchen so you can feed all your dinners. When our food finally came very bland, I don’t recommend the Buddha bowl, burger and chips or the calamari. Also please clean your toilets there is mould growing on the seat handles.

Negatives: extremely slow service, at times rude, mediocre food at a price you would expect great quality meals. The only good thing is the view. Would suggest any other coffee shop such as viola or MM coffee lab on Kenton

Really wonderful venue. Great coffee and breakfast served. Service was a little slow however they were busy. Would definitely go back.

We had their fish nuggets with chips for lunch today. It was outstanding.

We got there sometime before dinner and wanted to leave but the staff were friendly throughout the night and checked up on us regularly. The food was nice and despite a hiccup with a foreign object in my coffee, all went really well. The atmosphere in there was amazing and there were also great products in store.
