I would recommend KeyHealth to anyone. No matter if the process of applying isn't great for everyone. For me it was flawless, I've been with KeyHealth for properly 3 years now. We've had various medical emergencies and issues and they were supportive and assisted us through it all financially. This is surely the best medical aid I have ever been with and their support has been endless. Thank you KeyHealth and staff for always being available and ready to assist us with kindness and guidance and claims.

I have been trying to change my 95 year old fathers email address. He is partially deaf and unable to write. I have signing powers over his finance and recently changed my email address. Keyhealth will not change the email address to the new one so I can pay any outstanding accounts as he has not given consent. The reason they given me every time I phone is 'its our rules'. If such a simple action can't be done, what other things are they unable to do? So unhelpful. So rule bound - so 1900's. They write that there is 'no nonsense' in dealing with them. This is untrue. All I have had is nonsense.

Been waiting since 09h30 For assistance. For auth I've been admitted it's now 14h00 still received nothing. Been in pain waiting at hospital they can't assist cause this place has not authorized.yet I'll let you know how I feel soon again. But I'll probably be canceling. I'm not happy at all I'm struggling to breath

The application process is so difficult and inconvenient, when you called back it simple and even if you had medical aid for over 5 years, they still want affidavits etc. Definitely not hassle free to join, I was very disappointed

My dad needed a blood transfusion, hb level is on 4.9. I could not get hold of anyone at keyhealth since Monday 24 December till today. Surely with such an essential service there should be someone available. Again it shows, no one cares about their clients or their health. There must be staff working there from other religions that do not celebrate Christmas
