Your zinger wings is definitely not up to standard. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the pathetic excuse for pieces that you gave me. It is literally half the size that it's supposed to be, but unfortunately I only saw it when already at home. What a waste of money. Will never ever order from your branch again.

The order was wrong with a whole meal miasing. The food arrived cold as the uber said they were taking long to make the food. The dunked pops had next to no mayo on it. I called the store but no one picked up. Once I got a hold of the manager the background noise was so bad I could not hear half of what she was saying. The twister that was deleiverd was not well made. It was very dry and hard when eating it. If there was an option to rate it as a no star I would. Never ordering from this KFC again. Problem was not with uber but rather the store.
Gave them a chance but enough is enough. Of my last 8 orders I made with them they only got 1 correct except that the fries was still frozen on that one. Even when I order with their self-help system they get the orders wrong or just don't even add the items ordered to the order. (on a quite day). I will not support them anymore and rather drive the extra 10km to the next KFC.

Massive improvement since my disappointing first experiences compared to my last 3 visits. They have really upped their game. Food was really well prepared and they got it perfect, crispy, juicy and not oily at all. Well done to all the staff, again a massive improvement.
My family has bought from this KFC a few times on the basis that it is less than 2km. Unfortunately, each and every time was a frustrating experience. In fact, we now consider ourselves lucky when they inevitably only supply us with half of the food we ordered as then it means there is less that can make us sick. The terrible quality isn't even the worst part. The service is shocking even for KFC standards, but this store takes it to another level. They insist only processing one order at a time via the drive through. Which means you have to wait at the speaker while the attendee shouts to his colleagues about another order, so that the person in fronts meal can be made, only then to take your order. No concept of concurrency or parallel processing. It's worth the time and money to drive to a different KFC. Avoid this one.
Quick and easy . No stress whatsoever
I love KFC...a double crunch burger and a large pops is usually my standard order. Thank you guys at Valhalla KFC for fresh,well prepared and tasty chicken!I use the drive-through mostly,and is usually asked to wait as my food is still being prepared.I do not mind this,as I then know it will be fresh and tasty.Thank you also for the friendliness,you guys are always smiling!I know its tough out there,but WELL DONE.
