They gave us the wrong order, we ordered a classic twister meal with extra mayo and no tomato. We got a grilled twister with almost no mayo, it had tomato and the chicken was too hard to eat. Also the bottom of the twister was open so all to fillings fell out into the bottom. Worst KFC in JHB.

Shocking service! Have gone there a few times in hope it was just a bad day. Its shocking. Plus they charge for items and then don't pack them. In the drive thru its tricky to check as people are waiting.

Chicken and chips that my family and I ordered were not as fresh as we would have liked them to be. The food was also a bit dry. I think that COVID-19 protocols are correctly followed at this store; we were sanitized upon entry, our details were taken down and social distancing was pracitised.
