Why is half of the drive through menu placed after the intercom where you place your order? So you only see what's on the other side AFTER you already placed your order. Clearly you need another staff member, one to take the order and one when you pay, because Cleary the person thats hired for that can't multitask. When does you icecream machine EVER work? Lastly, the time you take to get your order ......you can't possibly call this a drive through???

Not fresh at all, I orded the Family treat meal and one of the pieces of chicken was off it did not tast or look well. The coleslaw tasted off and smelt bad. What a disappointment.

Waiting time in drive thru or inside order is a little bit too long. Preferred chicken franchise out off the Kempton area. More fresh that the others

The service was pathetic, waited for over 40 minutes for my food. The staff looked like they were not in control, absolute chaos. The new self orderering is not user friendly.
