Probably the KFC that tries their best to get your order just right. I would say 98% they get it right. Multiple cape Town KFCs just don't really care and 1 or even multiple items don't end up in the order bag.

We purchased a 15 piece barrel and received more breast pieces. We only had two thighs, two wings and 5 legs but six breast pieces. Please ensure your staff divide the barrel pieces evenly. Our waiting time was great though.

We went through the drive-thru. The food was great but the service was not that great. We waited 3 minutes for our food. Friendly service but the wait is long would you recommend the 90% of people.

Both my wife and I got food poisoning after eating kfc on Wednesday 30 Dec 2020. Tried to call the branch but nobody answers the phone. They can now contact me. I strongly advise against going there for a meal...
