We took our Kia in for the 90000km service. The seal on the newly changed fuel filter was not put back so the truck sucked air which made driving it very scary. No apologies from the service team until I explained that the Hyundai mechanic found the seal for the fuel filter was not in place. I am still waiting for the part. I run my business with this truck and I am sitting. The 80000km service was much the same. Think things need to change. I can supply photos. A very disappointed client.

Car broke down whilst on holiday and was towed to Kia in George. With 1.5 days left until we go back home, we were told they were too busy to look at the car that day. Service was unfriendly and unhelpful, so we hired a rental car and went there in person. There we were told they were fully booked until the following week Tuesday. This wasn't advised over the phone and so we wasted a day where we could have gotten help elsewhere. Really disappointing service by Kia (Janine and Lindy) which ended up costing us money towing the car elsewhere, and having to book further accommodation whilst the other very helpful non-Kia mechanic we found completed the repairs.
