It's absolutely impossible to get ahold of the person that books the services ! Called multiple times yesterday and noone got back to me or was able to assist . Very disappointed!!!!
Well although I hardly get hold of the lady that does bookings because I think its only her,so its either you have to call again for booking or wait for her to call you back. Otherwise once booked all goes smooth. Im not really sure about why there is no drop off and pick up car to/from work but maybe its about covid 19,maybe customers should be given a choice about it,as long as all regulations and precautions are followed. I was excited when I left the old dealership cos the inconvenience was too much. But I'm still very happy with Kia.

My car is a Kia so yes, I love this dealership, they are the type of people I hope to deal with for the rest of my life when it comes to car service, friendly and transparent, they will fix what needs fixing to keep the costs down and if anything comes up during service they'll call and let you know and ask if they should fix it and give you advise, the service and parts costs have always been fair to me and they drive you to work while your car is in service and fetch you in the afternoon when knock off work!
