Very unhelpful. I had a problem with my car on Saturday and stopped there for advice. They were not interested in assisting me by giving advice on where I could go to find out what is wrong. Never again will I go to them

Went to Kia Potchefstroom on 17 December 2012 for yearly service. Phoned them on the 18th asking for a job card of invoice regarding the service they did. Did not receive anything from them. Phoned again in January 2013! Will sent via e-mail. Nothing. Phoned AGAIN on Monday morning 25 February. Sorry for the delay will sent via e-mail. STILL WAITING........
