Took my car to Kia nelspruit for service... What a terrible experience!! My aircon came back making a loud sound. I took the car back to get it checked again - poor service! My car was left unattended all day, even after making checkin calls from morning (the calls weren't attended as well). I would NOT recommend this Kia for service AT ALL. What a waste of time!

Took my car for service and I received worse customer services ever. I dropped my car at 06h50 n I was the first customer but I only received my car at 15h30 after making many many calls n they promised to check n update me on how far they are with my car. I eventually returned to the dealership n the service advisor said your car has been ready since 10h00 but he never called though I requested pick up. All he said it's Merry Christmas. Up to now I am still to receive call asking about my experience

Took my second KIA Picanto in for service at KIA Nelspruit this morning - HUGE LET DOWN - poor service!!!!! I have been using KIA Alberton with GREAT service. Putting wrong wipers on car, wrong charges and a dirty car. KIA Nelspruit please visit KIA Alberton for tips.

The manager is very rude I never seen such a managed in my whole life they told me to pay for something that they broke my car was fine when I drop it. The problem is the manager

"Serviced" my vehicle with them, computer was not reset after service which brings to question if they even touched the car since they called to say it is ready at 1PM. I usually have to follow up with them around 4PM to find out what progress is and then collect the vehicle at COB the next day if they do actually work on it
