I bought a second hand Toyota Prado with Killarney Toyota - Stanger and find that everything was not right. I need to repair the car now and again and it expensive. six months later after bought the car something was to be fixed, after that in six months I had to fix another part again and again. I took the vehicle for service and when it came back there was a noise in the engine like high rev noise, I then reported and they said its nothing. after few months it have this lights on when starting indicating that there is something wrong in the engine including the brakes that does not read. I then went in for check up and something big now is broken and need to be fixed. I asked them to do me a quotation then call my car extended warranty and have to wait till now. they said it does not appear in their system that I have car extended warranty even though they paid them before for one of the repair done in my car. I made a couple of phone calls checking on the status but nothing has happened. they wait for me to call but never return my call. is this a customer service as pledged in Toyota Slogan. I'm so angry at myself that I bought a car with them and I am still paying too much for the instalment.
