Poor experience received today at reception of NC Radiology. The lady at reception is purely unprofessional and rude. My wife needed to go for a sonar,we were on time however forgot the note at home...we asked if we can go get it first and if they will then assist us. She says yes if it was going to be before 13h00...I came back with the letter 12h46 and another lady I believe that's doing the sonar says no she wont help till 14h00 as she will be going on lunch now...I said to her we asked this prior and its still before 13h00,before u can go on lunch...her reply was that she is going on lunch,i asked...more important than the sonar u going to do now....she says yes..... Now please look at staff whether qualified or not that will fit ur image and values better....we are paying for the service u need to give and expect superior service at all times.
