It's more of a business than a student accommodation, keep that in mind. It's really cute but definitely not worth the money. 2 stars, would not recommend

The place is safe and close to UJ APK and APB campuses, but no one cares about anything but money there, if you have issues with other students or there are fights no one really intervenes, if you get sick no one helps you if you don't have friends who live there with you then ayi kuzoba kubi. You pay for everything, Wifi, electricity, laundry tokens, storage yonke into nje. The security guards are very friendly, and they are the only ones that show some interest in students well being, laba abanye bazifunela imali, everything must be paid on time. Oh and the ground floor has pests, they always say they do pest control but every year it's the same thing. It's ridiculously expensive but I guess that's because it's safe and close to campus .

HORRIBLE! Literal hell on earth, the WiFi, the staff/ management. No one cares about anything there, they only need you to pay on time. They ignore complaints about Everything! If you want an environment conducive for a student, yoh please don't do it, don't do it.

Unfortunately 1/5 is the least possible. So bad that tenants had to pay full amounts, given all the months they were asked to leave the premises during lockdown.
