Was totally unimpressed with low standards of Kirby . Firstly my machine is expensive . Going out to Kirby point at Vanderbijlpark was horrible to hear from assistant that she could only offer me the sum of R200. For my machine as its a discontinued range . What is R200. .....taking it to a scrsp metal dealer would definitely give me a better deal . DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER!!
