It was the most helpful kite sessions Ive ever had in my life with the biggest process. On the first day we started in the lagoon, to see if Im confident enough on the kite. The next day we went to the ocean where you can make big progress. Especially the "downwinder" on the open ocean helps a lot since you dont have to worry about staying upwind. The team is very professional and they'll help you with any questions you might have. Thank you Christine and Pier for making my stay an unforgettable one. If you get the chance I would highly recommend visiting Kitekahunas! I will definitely come back again.

Very very happy . I took my first sessions of kite surfing at south africa kite surf and I enjoyed. The teacher explain and show me everything I need and he follow my capabilities and my progression. I felt in security during each sessions. He also show me all the security procedures and how to come back in many situations. And he is very nice. Go with them! Kite it's fun Thanks Hui and Martin

As a beginner kiter, I had my doubts when I first arrived and saw the condition of the intimidating waves (completely opposite to the flat lagoons where I used to kite before). After spending a week and a half there, it changed my life. It was a big step for me to even be in the water with the kite in this condition and to overcome my fear of waves but I was very lucky to have an extremely patient and understanding instructor with me at all times and a very motivating team from Kitekahunas who always gave me the encouragement. At the end, I managed to have a few unforgettable downwind sessions which was priceless. So what made Kitekahunas different? Firstly, they helped me develop my confidence to a whole new level and there are many other reasons: Location - Their villa is just a few steps away from the beach where we pump our kites, no need to drive a car. Organization - Apart from being very well-organized with the daily plans, the downwind concept they developed is just brilliant to progress as a kiter. Safety - My instructor was always right behind me when I was out in the ocean and with the radio helmet, I could always get his feedback/ advice. No matter what kind situation I was in, the instructor was always there to help. Instructors - The most talented, professional instructors I have experienced so far. Condition - Wind can be super strong and can be quite challenging with the waves. However, once I tried it, I overcome my fear and I think I will go for more wave kiting in the future. There is also the amazing flat-water lagoons at Langebaan just about an hour drive from the villa. Vibe - Feels just like home and everyone is like a family! Thank you Kitekahunas, we will be back for sure!!!

At KiteKahunas they have a structured method for teaching, this makes you learn faster and get really independent. I had module A3 in Langebaan. Diego was my instructor, I had really good time with him. He is very prepared , he knows how to teach and how to explain things, he gave me a lot of kitesurfing notions, tips and tricks.
