I am a firm believer that a complaint is only as bad as it is dealt with and can often be turned around into a complement and even good publicity if dealt with correctly. It has unfortunately now been a week since I have sent an extensive email regarding our experience and I have received no response from Sea Side Rentals regarding the issues raised in my email. No excuse, no explanation, nothing. If I did, I wouldn't have written this review, but I believe I have now given them enough time and they are clearly not interested in responding to my email. Long story short - we didn't get what we paid for, we're very disappointed in this business and can unfortunately not recommend them.

I gave them our needs and they found the perfect rental for us. A comfortable home with a magnificent sea view.
The staff is friendly and the service is great. I love the fact that they go the extra mile to give you the best accommodation to suite your pocket. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a break away
