If I could give less than 1 star, I would gladly do it. A very brief rollercoaster nightmare (sold us a rotten lemon), and a lot of unnecessary money later, left us feeling extremely "ripped off" by Arnold and Arnold Motors. A huge argument later, and we drove away with a BMW X5 from the local BMW dealership, bought through Arnold. They treat you with disdain, and are extremely condescending. Our experience started out as very pleasant, but quickly turned very ugly. Their multiple stands are impressive, but I beg you, do not let that fool you! Please choose wisely!
