If I could allocate zero stars I would. My company uses them for 80% of our shipping. Initially their service was good but it has deteriorated to the point that 80% of deliveries are either late, damaged or misplaced. The last straw is them misplacing a parcel between picking it up from my company and losing it before it reached their local depot. Mangement deflect, stonewall and generally fail to address issues raised with them. When escalated to their head office - same non-service. They do not deserve to stay in business.
