1. Very dangerous area, need to be vigilant 2. I went in for numberplate, had to go back to car for disc info (which I completely understand) but I was already nervous because of the area now I had to walk with my phone to openly take a picture of the disc info... Completely alone. 3. Went back inside with the info and one of the workers was instructed to go to the car with me to check the size of the plate. Here we go again... 4. The whole setup of the shop is terrible. Give the disc details one place, go stand in line somewhere else for a slip, go stand in another line at another place to pay, then wait somewhere else for your item. Eventually the plate came, not the holder. Had to go back to slip line to collect holder. 5. Asked for one plate, two was added on the slip. Also had to go back to slip line to correct that. Luckily I checked; but since when do clients check up on competent employees? I understand they have to make sure they get paid before you leave with the items but goodness gracious, I'm sure there's another way to work things out. Something a little more customer friendly. On the other side - very affordable and when you call their telephone etiquette is great... Too bad that's where it ends.

When you need something stand outside their premises and call them much quicker than standing in queue. The 2 blokes who helped me after a while was great though and I commend them.

It would be nice if the person behind the counter could actually talk to you. Not just type a few things and say I can gou and collect. Collect what? If I ask what 5w40 oil you have , you dont just take whatever YOU like and say go. You ask the client what he wants. You say what options you have in stock. When you eventually go to collect, again , communication. One item was missing. The guy said he can't find it.....en of story. Is there a substitute? What now? Not even "sorry" for the inconvenience. They just go on with their life and you standing there like the fool. I just left the item they managed to find and walked out. Perhaps you should go to Midas in Upington and see how it shoud be done. Or just any other store where the people actually care.
