Everything was perfect from the hotel to the staff. The only downside was the long wait for meals. But we were quite impressed by the staff going to great lengths to attend to our complaints and improving their service.

Had dinner at the restaurant. The food was prepared and served with elegance. And it tasted just as good as it looked. Great experience.

Very nice staff, And helpful. But was a problem with TV. The Shower were blocked. They dit open it up it was all over the floor. Twice!! No Ice bucket. When I asked they sayed youse the kettle. So I refused and asked for a ice bucket. Breakfast was good. And they were very Covid safe. Must say the person at reception Fanie was very nice and helpful. Thanks Fanie.
