Purchased a Jordan tub chair in Nov. 2 weeks later the legs break off. Customer Reference number 60276886 another reference number a week later 90000165002. Collect chair 22 Jan. Return it today 3 weeks later still broken. POOR POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY

Bought items at your Klerksdorp store on 11 Jan 21 to the value of R20500 paid for delivery and was told maximum 3 working days for delivery. Received a message to say delivery will be the 14th on the day of delivery no one from the store contacted us when we contacted the store the manager Engela said we will get during the course of the day waited the whole day then Engela phoned us to say we can't get it as the truck went back to Welkom because the weather was not good and we should only receive good on Tuesday. We paid for the stock upfront and were told 3 working days no you can't deliver and Engela keeps changing the story. Also we have a apartment and bought these items for apartment as its empty now we can't move in. Is this the service you give clients ? Very unprofessional the manager of the store tells my wife she can come collect a refund. With this attitude rather close your store down. Please do not buy from this Company what a bad experience.

I placed an order for a double bed they said its taking 4 to 6 weeks well 8weeks later the bed came and it was a queen size bed and I asked my money back and they said they dont know where my money is plz guys dont waste your time this company is up to Shit and the woman working there Engela hope you die jou mase poes
