Absolutely the most unprofessional, unmannered agency we have ever dealt with. Stella Warren and the husband seriously have to look at their attitude and the way they deal with people. Wouldn't advise anyone to ever use them. If the principal is so impertinent with absolute no peoples skills, what does that say for the agency. Any volunteers to put them on a customer service management program?

Extremely unprofessional and bad service. Stella and her team are rude, they have no sense of customer service. Even go as far as hanging up when you speak to them over the phone. I am dissatisfied and wouldn't advice anyone to make use of their services.
They refuse to give me accounts and have retained money due to me, I am a landlord who sadly decided to let my property with these clowns, they have mismanaged everything, are extremely rude when i ask for accounts and an explanation. They should be reported, dismal disgraceful service. Hyper aggressive and the worst customer care in real estate. Beware do not let your property through them.
