The service that I got from life and the staff was very good, they are a great working team together with the doctors, the sister in the maternity ward that worked with me ronelle, rene, zuki, charne, Helga, zwanda, renecia, Williams, louise, phumi, Angie,Ash, emmie, Lucy,linde you are the best thanks for your help support and the best care I got from you and all the doctor Dr Neser, Dr Seton Dr viljoen, Dr coetzer you help me to be as strong as I can be for my baby and made my worse days to be great, the love and care you gave me and my child for the 3 weeks was unforgettable, I really appreciate your hard work and support, keep it up, and may God bless you and keep you safe all the time. I was treated with the utmost care. I was comfortable the whole time with friendly nurses. The environment was clean and orderly (but nothing one can does about that hospital smell) . After recovering or during, You can grab a bite at the café and the food is quite nice (considering the reputation that hospital food has).

Friendly staff in the wards, radiology etc, however, I was not allowed to shower or bath due to H EEG. Nobody cared to help me wash for 3 days. I felt dirty and uncomfortable. Pre-authorization was never done and I was clearly told that the hospital will. Waited 1 hour at admissions for authorization.
