Phoned the practice to make a booking. I was greeted by a "person" not even stating their name or where I was for that matter. Please learn your staff some basic telephone manners. I have a recording of this conversation should you require it. Because of this encounter I opted to rather make use of an alternate Physiotherapy practise. Oh and the lady that answered the phone was called Louise. I was also put on hold twice throughout my 2min conversation with her.
