I had a little painting I wanted framed. The owner/manager was very pushy and asked if they can use their own discretion to frame my picture. I said no, and picked out a frame I liked. When I got my picture back it was in a different frame that completely overwhelms the painting and is also in a different colour than what I chose. I will not make use of them again

I had to do a little job for my boss and the staff just did what they wanted with the images I provided (which was completely standard). When I raised the issue about the format in which they printed it, the owner/manager blamed me for their mistake and said I should've told them I wanted it to remain the same. She reprinted them for me (only reason why I can give a one star), but she really had an attitude about it. And didn't refrain from reminding me that once again, it was my fault. Would really not recommend this place or go there again.

I have used this shop various times in the past (at least once a month) and have always received bad service. Staff don’t know that iPhone doesn’t connect on their system and even when informed that it doesn’t work, they still waste time trying. Questions why I want my photo’s a specific size. Talks to other staff and customers while working with me. I will from now on drive a few km further to use Foto First!

Service leaves much to be desired. The lady in charge, I supposed the manager is extremely rude. If you are closing in 30 minutes and don't want to help customers, close your doors and don't let anyone else in. This lady stood right next to and rushed me to print, pulling faces when I started uploading photos, because "she wants to close up, hurry up" i wont ever visit this establishment again.

Terrible service... only when we threatened to go elsewhere did the staff start assist us with our request. Coffee was nice!
