Thank you for the great and speedy service received in my time of crisis! Had to make an emergency booking. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! They made sure everything was done according to procedure, did a follow up after my appointment to see how I’m doing and gave a referral for once I’m back in Port Elizabeth. The Optometris is excellent but be careful for the quots given by new receptionist. The portion the medical aid pay what they tell you is not correct and will cost you much more on the end of the day. Never had this problem with them for many years. Will not return to them after this bad experience.
