This company is terrible and very unprofessional. I booked a pack and move with them for the 15th May from Benoni to East London. I eventually only received my belongings on 5 June and there was damage. Only after paying the deposit was I informed that my move was being outsourced to a different company which I hadn't had a chance to vet. On the morning of the 15th Afriworld called me to say there was a "small delay" and gave me the impression that they would still arrive to pack and load on the 15th. I called them back about 5 hours later to be informed that the truck was still stuck in Cape Town! I think that qualifies as more than a "small delay". After that I never heard from them again. They never called to keep me updated on the move or asked for any feedback after the move was eventually completed.
